Finance Manager

    Job Descriptions
  • Report to the CFO of the finance corporate team
  • Lead a team of 5-6 people to handle full sets of accounts and warehouse operations
  • Prepare monthly financial statement business forecast and annual budget
  • Prepare and develop financial analysis for management and business review
  • Work as a business partner to support other departments
  • Strengthen the company internal control policy and finance operating process
  • Lead and manage finance and warehouse projects
  • Closely work with the finance team of the shareholder and other fellow subsidiaries
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor

  • Job Requirements
  • University graduate with professional accounting qualification in HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within which 2 years should be at management level
  • Proficiency in MS office application (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Words) and ERP (SAP is preferred)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with people at all levels including senior management
  • Strong people management skill
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure

Personnel & Administration Officer

    Job Descriptions
  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions from hire to retire including recruitment, benefits and payroll administration, and employee relations
  • Maintain and update HRMS system and staff files, produce HR related reports
  • Work closely with user departments for staffing issues
  • Assist in staff events and community service activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

  • Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in industrial/operational setting and in sizeable organization
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Strong numerical sense and logical mind, willing to learn and well organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with people in diverse background and culture
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is an advantage

門市店務員 (替假)

  • 負責店舖日常運作
  • 中學程度
  • 略懂英語及電腦
  • 具洗衣店或零售經驗優先考慮
  • 須輪流到各門店當值
  • 每天工作10小時(包1小時午膳時間)
  • 每月6天休息日,輪休

運作統籌員 (早中班)

  • 操作系統以支援生產運作,與生產部協調貨品洗滌及分派次序
  • 協調相關部門跟進客戶查詢及意見,整理及製作運作相關報表
  • 監察實時生產情況,協調系統異常處理
  • 配合上司其他的工作分配
  • 電腦 / 軟件操作知識及相關經驗,中英文打字,MS Office,良好中英文書寫
  • 具前線運作經驗者優先
  • 工作時間 : 早班及中班 07:15 – 16:15 / 08:15 - 17:15 / 09:00 - 18:00 / 13:15 – 22:15
  • 通宵班 22:15 - 07:15
  • 每月7天休息日,輪休

乾濕洗操作員

  • 負責日常乾濕洗工作及分類工作
  • 按規定的程式與標準做好客衣的檢查,分類,洗前去污
  • 及時向上級彙報洗衣品質問題並分析,採取適當措施
  • 及時報告故障異常及停機報修
  • 定期清理蒸餾器、隔塵網等
  • 熟悉操作工業洗衣、乾衣和烘乾機及保養方法
  • 有乾洗機操作及起漬經驗優先

夾機師傅

  • 清楚分類所有的戶口制服或客衣
  • 及時向上級彙報洗衣品質問題或異常、設備故障及停機報修
  • 有夾機工作經驗優先
  • 熟悉衣物布料,款式及所對應技術
  • 能檢查衣物狀態,評估風險
