Duty Production Manager

  • Manage and monitor the operation of production department
  • Cooperate with various departments, lead and supervise frontline staff, ensure operations comply with ordinance and company policy; deploy and allocate resources to achieve production optimization
  • Assist in and execute various improvement initiatives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost control, work environment, and manpower management
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience in operation management
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and organizational skills, supervise frontline, and maintain good communication with various departments
  • Experience in garment/textile/hotel laundry is an advantage
  • Proficient in word processing, MS Office (Word, Excel), and simple English
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Duty Production Manager
  • 7 rest days per month, statutory holiday, by roster

Production Supervisor

  • Monitor and supervise frontline, efficiently depoly manpoweer
  • Assist in, execute, and review various improvement initiatives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost control, work environment, and manpower management, plus suggest idea for improvement
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience in operation management
  • Excellent communication skills, supervise frontline, and maintain good communication with various departments
  • Take initiatives to work, good team player with problem solving skills
  • Experience in garment/textlie/hotel laundry or acquired certain level of technical skills is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in computer operating skills
  • 7 rest days per month, statutory holiday, by roster

Operations Coordinator (Day & Evening Shift)

  • Operate system to support production process
  • Handle & follow customer enquiry
  • Perform data entry and handle daily management reports
  • Monitor real time operations status and coordinate with various work partners to solve the immediate problems
  • Familiar with MS Office and good computer skill, English and Chinese typing, good command of written English and Chinese
  • Fresh Graduates also welcome
  • Working Hours: Day & Evening Shift 07:15 – 16:15 / 13:15 – 22:15
  • 7 off days per month, by roster

Operations Clerk (Overnight Shift)

  • Operate system to support production process

Delivery Worker

  • Responsible for pick-up and delivery of laundry items
  • Perform good customer service
  • Working Hours: 6 days per week, 06:30 - 16:00 / 14:30 - 00:00 / 15:30 - 01:00 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday, by roster

Assistant Engineer

  • To work with Procurement Department, Finance Department and suppliers on engineering parts sourcing, consumption review and recommendation on minimum stock level and reorder quantity
  • To work with quality team on analysis to damage, stain, product mixing, etc., in daily laundry operation
  • To work with safety and various department representatives on all legal, ISO compliance and record keeping issues
  • To enhance and/or define workflow and use of inspection tools for better product quality, safety procedures, productivity and operations performance
  • Holder of Diploma or High Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with ISO systems and legal compliance elements
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong documentation and presentation skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferable

Technician

  • Responsible for repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment
  • Holder of Diploma or Certificate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A
  • 1-2 years experience in factory facilities repair and maintenance
  • Working Hours: by roster,07:30 - 17:00 / 14:00 - 23:30 / 22:30 - 08:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Operations Worker (Day, Evening or Night Shift)

  • Responsible for sorting linen and operating industrial washing machines
  • Ironing and folding linen e.g. mattress cover, napkin
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Half-Shift Operations Worker (Day, Evening or Night Shift)

  • Responsible for sorting linen and operating industrial washing machines
  • Ironing and folding linen e.g. mattress cover, napkin
  • By roster, atleast 4 working hours per day

Hand Ironer

  • Pressing garment according to required quality and method
  • Ensure all processed garment meet the Company and customers' requirement
  • Familiar with garment texture and related technique with experience is an advantage
  • Experience in laundry plant or hotel laundry is an advantage
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Presser

  • Press ironing uniforms and guest clothes according to established quality and standard
  • Report laundry quality and machine abnormal issue to supervisor
  • Experience in operating pressing machine is an advantage
  • Familiar with fabrics and corresponding technique. Able to assess risk
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Marker

  • Responsible for Clothes & Uniform account sorting, packing, data entry, quality checking
  • Report quality issue and machine issue timely
  • Familiar with garment texture and related technique with experience is an advantage
  • Experience in laundry plant or hotel laundry is an advantage
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Dryclean/ Laundry Operator

  • Responsible for operating dryclean & laundry machine
  • Inspect, classify, and stain removal with established procedures and standard
  • Timely report and analyze abnormal garment issue and take appropriate measures
  • Timely report machine abnormality
  • Regularly clean the work area, distiller, dust screen, etc.
  • Familiar with machines, maintenance & stain removal is an advantange
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Depot Attendant

  • Responsible for collection and distribution of uniforms
  • Experience in laundry or retail industry is an advantage
  • Secondary education
  • Basic English and computer operating skills
  • Working Hours: by roster, 08:00 - 17:30 / 08:30 - 18:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Supervisor Trainee

  • Overview of laundry operations – to acquire in-depth knowledge of commercial laundry and the whole laundry logistics and production flow
  • Operational Excellence – to participate in planning and facilitating production in a safe and efficient manner
  • Productivity and Performance Focus – to optimize resources and to build a smart work place with engaged workforce
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in any disciplines with at least one year of work experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Open-minded and able to work with people from different background and culture
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Computer literacy include MS Office application
