Duty Production Manager

  • Monitor and drive the operation of production department to fulfill various KPI
  • Supervise staff, maintain and enhance good communication with all levels of staff; ensure operations comply with ordinance and company policy; deploy and allocate resources to achieve production optimization
  • Assist in and execute various improvement initiatives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost control, work environment, and manpower management
  • Assist in interim operation plan, optimize procedures, and team building
  • Report abnormal machinery issue, manage quality issue, and make sure production schedule is as planned
  • Coordinate with various departments to plan production schedule
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience in operation management
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills
  • Take initiatives to work, good team player with problem solving skills and insight into planning
  • Experience in garment/textile/hotel laundry is an advantage
  • Proficient in word processing, MS Office (Word, Excel), and simple English
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Duty Production Manager

Production Supervisor

  • Monitor and control the production progress and quality to fulfill customers’ order
  • Manage staff communication, deploy and allocate resources to achieve production optimization
  • Assist in reviewing operations performance to improve quality and efficiency, plus suggest idea for improvement
  • Report abnormal machinery or quality issue, and production progress
  • Coordinate with various departments to plan production schedule
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience in operation management
  • Supervise frontline staff and maintain good communication with all levels of staff
  • Take initiatives to work, good team player with problem solving skills
  • Experience in garment/textlie/hotel laundry or acquired certain level of technical skills is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in computer operating skills
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 16:30 / 08:15 - 17:15
  • 6 rest days per month, statutory holiday

Marketing Services Officer

  • Manage corporate customers to provide support, and handle enquiries
  • Maintain and analyse customer operations and requirements for continuous improvement including regular reports and review with customers
  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver quality service to customers
  • Assist in developing new accounts (involving but not limiting to prepare quotation, tender and service contracts)
  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in account servicing
  • Mature, and presentable
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Services Officer
  • Immediate available is preferable

Warehouse Clerk

  • General clerical task
  • Timely and Accurate Record Maintenance - maintain accurate stock balance and update stock movements
  • Exceptional monitoring – Alert supervisor potential slow/abnormal movements, obsolescence for follow up actions
  • Inventory management – Produce stock movement report to business units and alert Production for purchase requisition
  • Stock Take - Carry out monthly and yearly stock take, prepare checklist and compile the necessary reports
  • Suppliers’ delivery performance - monitor the delivery performance of suppliers and escalate to supervisor and procurement as necessary
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
  • Graduated in HKCEE/DSE
  • 1 year or above of work experience in clerical, fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel)
  • Acquired SAP inventory system knowledge is an advantage
  • Skill of reporting and data analysis
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Fixed rest day on Saturday and Sunday, public holiday

Technician

  • Responsible for repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment
  • Holder of Diploma or Certificate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A
  • 1-2 years experience in factory facilities repair and maintenance
  • Working Hours: by roster,07:30 - 17:00 / 14:00 - 23:30 / 22:30 - 08:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Operations Worker (Day, Evening or Night Shift)

  • Responsible for sorting linen and operating industrial washing machines
  • Ironing and folding linen e.g. mattress cover, napkin
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Part-time Operations Worker (Day, Evening or Night Shift)

  • Responsible for sorting linen and operating industrial washing machines
  • Ironing and folding linen e.g. mattress cover, napkin
  • 4.25 working hours per day

Hand Ironer

  • Pressing garment according to required quality and method
  • Ensure all processed garment meet the Company and customers' requirement
  • Familiar with garment texture and related technique with experience is an advantage
  • Experience in laundry plant or hotel laundry is an advantage
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Presser

  • Press ironing uniforms and guest clothes according to established quality and standard
  • Report laundry quality and machine abnormal issue to supervisor
  • Experience in operating pressing machine is an advantage
  • Familiar with fabrics and corresponding technique. Able to assess risk
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Marker

  • Responsible for Clothes & Uniform account sorting, packing, data entry, quality checking
  • Report quality issue and machine issue timely
  • Familiar with garment texture and related technique with experience is an advantage
  • Experience in laundry plant or hotel laundry is an advantage
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Dryclean/ Laundry Operator

  • Responsible for operating dryclean & laundry machine
  • Inspect, classify, and stain removal with established procedures and standard
  • Timely report and analyze abnormal garment issue and take appropriate measures
  • Timely report machine abnormality
  • Regularly clean the work area, distiller, dust screen, etc.
  • Familiar with machines, maintenance & stain removal is an advantange
  • Working Hours: by roster, 07:30 - 17:00 / 08:15 - 17:45 / 12:00 – 21:30 / 14:00 – 23:30 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Driver

  • Responsible for pick-up and delivery of laundry items
  • Holder of Driving Licence No. 18
  • Perform good customer service
  • Working Hours: by roster, 06:30 - 16:00 / 14:30 - 00:00 / 15:30 - 01:00 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Delivery Worker

  • Responsible for pick-up and delivery of laundry items
  • Perform good customer service
  • Working Hours: 6 days per week, by roster, 06:30 - 16:00 / 14:30 - 00:00 / 15:30 - 01:00 / 21:30 - 07:00
  • 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Depot Attendant

  • Responsible for collection and distribution of uniforms
  • Experience in laundry or retail industry is an advantage
  • Secondary education
  • Basic English and computer operating skills
  • Working Hours: by roster, 08:00 - 17:30 / 08:30 - 18:00
  • Fixed rest day on Sunday, 6 rest days per week, statutory holiday

Shop Attendant (Reliever)

  • Responsible for daily shop operation, collect and distribute garment
  • On duty at different shops
  • Secondary school education level
  • Good command of English and Computer
  • Experience in laundry or retail industry is an advantage
  • 10 working hours per day (1-hour of lunch included) by roster, 08:30 - 18:30 / 08:45 - 18:45, Sunday 09:00 - 18:00
