個人資料收集聲明

收集目的 - 本申請表中收集的個人資料可能由雅潔洗衣有限公司(「本公司」或「我們」)用於以下目的:
• 評估閣下是否適合承擔所申請或調派職位的職責;
• 釐定為閣下提供的薪酬及福利待遇;
• 為閣下安排入職,例如背景調查、工作簽證申請及僱用合約製備;及
• 進行其他僱用相關事務。

除非另有指明,否則閣下必須提供申請表上要求的個人資料。如果未能提供必須填寫的個人資料,我們可能無法處理閣下的申請。

個人資料轉移 - 本公司為國泰航空有限公司的全資附屬公司。我們可能將閣下的個人資料轉移予以下各方(包括香港特別行政區境內及境外),以滿足上述目的:
• 我們的第三方服務供應商,包括背景調查服務、醫療服務、銀行服務、保險及退休計劃供應商;及
• 國泰航空有限公司,以及其全資附屬公司和關聯公司。
我們亦可能在法律要求或為達到上述目的而有所必要時,將閣下的個人資料轉移予政府部門、執法機構及監管機關。

保留期限 - 我們可能將落選求職者的個人資料保留兩年,以作日後招聘之用。

資料查閱及資料更正要求 - 根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》,閣下有權要求查閱及更正與閣下申請相關的個人資料。如閣下希望行使此等權利,請填妥資料查閱要求表,並郵寄至下列地址以聯絡我們的人事主管。閣下可使用我們的資料查閱要求表或香港個人資料私隱專員公署指定的表格。

我們可能會根據《條例》,就處理任何資料查閱要求收取合理費用。在釐定處理該等要求的合理費用時,參與處理特定資料查閱要求的管理員/經理的實際耗時成本為該筆費用的基本組成部分。此外,每頁紙張的影印成本亦需收費。

Purposes of Collection - The personal data collected in this application form may be used by Vogue Laundry Service Limited (“Company”, “we” or “us”) for the following purposes:
• To assess your suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you apply or to be deployed;
• To determine the remuneration and benefit package for you;
• To prepare for your onboarding, such as reference checks, employment visa application, and employment contract preparation; and
• To conduct other employment related operations.

Personal data requested in the application form is mandatory, unless specified otherwise. Failure to provide the mandatory personal data may render us unable to process your application.

Transfer of Personal Data - The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited.

We may transfer your personal data to the following parties (both in Hong Kong and abroad) for the aforementioned purposes:
• Our third-party service providers, including providers of background check services, medical services, banking services, insurance and retirement schemes; and
• Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries and related companies.

We may also transfer your personal data to government departments, law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when it is required by the laws, or when it is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes.

Retention Period - We may retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for two years.

Data Access and Data Correction Requests - Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data related to your application. If you wish to exercise these rights, please complete a data access request form and send it to our Head of People at the address below. You may use our data access request form, or the one specified by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

We may charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request in accordance with the Ordinance. In determining a reasonable charge for handling such requests, the cost of actual time spent by administrator(s) / manager(s) who are involved in processing a particular data access request is the basic element of the fee charged. In addition, cost of copying per sheet of paper will also be charged.
