Terms & Conditions

It is agreed between the customer and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (the“Company”) that the Company undertakes the work of cleaning or pressing, strictly in accordance with these conditions and no variation of these conditions shall bind the Company unless such variations are duly approved and signed by the Manager of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable if the goods are shrunk, faded, discoloured or in any way damaged by reason or arising out of any defect or poor quality of the goods due to wear and tear.
The liability of the Company in respect of the loss of or damage to the goods entrusted to the Company for cleaning shall in no case exceed ten times the amount charged for cleaning.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by moths, or other insects or any loss, damage or delay due to fire, flood, Act of God, civil war, commotion, or to any cause beyond the control of the Company.
The Company shall not be responsible for any valuables or other articles attached to or left in any pockets of the goods entrusted to the Company for cleaning.
Should delivery of the goods be not taken within one month from the date of receipt by the Company, the Company may without giving any prior notice sell the goods either by public auction or by private sale, and apply the proceeds first in payment of all expenses of the sale and then of the charges due for cleaning and any balance shall be refunded to the customer on production of this receipt. The Company shall not be responsible for any involuntary loss occasioned by such sale.
The goods will be delivered to the bearer of and on presentation of this receipt, the holder of which shall be deemed to be the rightful owner. Should this receipt be lost, a written report should be made to the Company and the Company reserves its right to call for such indemnity as it considers necessary in the circumstances of the case.
The customer shall be deemed to have approved the goods on delivery and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Company after the goods have left the Company’s premises.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any article.
